Nicolaas M. Vanos

Nicolaas M. Vanos is a licensed California attorney whose practice focuses on real estate, construction, and business litigation and transactional matters. He represents property owners, homeowners associations, property managers, buyers, sellers, contractors, subcontractors, and businesses in a wide range of disputes and transactions involving real estate, construction defects, contract and payment disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and the enforcement of governing documents.
