Mr. Klapperich is a San Francisco Bay Area native with roots in Santa Clara County. During his undergraduate time at San Jose State University, Mr. Klapperich majored in criminal justice and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. In 2018, Mr. Klapperich graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law where he was the Senior Articles Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and during his time writing for Law Review, Mr. Klapperich published a note on contemporary environmental law.
Prior to joining Allen, Baker & Stephan, PC, Mr. Klapperich worked as a law clerk for a general litigation firm in Santa Cruz. After joining Allen, Baker & Stephan, PC in 2019, Mr. Klapperich has since dedicated his law practice to real estate litigation and transactions. In his litigation practice, Mr. Klapperich primarily represents property owners, homeowners associations, contractors, property management firms and other clients in various types of real estate disputes including nondisclosure and breach of contract actions, construction defect and payment actions, boundary line disputes, partition actions, evictions and other real property disputes. In his transactional practice, Mr. Klapperich represents property owners, homeowners associations, contractors and others drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, property management agreements, easement agreements, promissory notes, deeds and of trust and other various types real estate related contracts and written instruments.
Mr. Klapperich is currently a member of the State Bar of California, San Mateo County Bay Association, and is admitted to the United States Northern District of California.
