Assaad M. After graduating with a management science degree from the University of California, San Diego, Mr. Stephan graduated from law school at the University Of San Francisco School Of Law. Mr. Stephan later received his master's degree (LL.M.) in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

As a member of the State Bar of California and the San Mateo County Bar Association, Mr. Stephan frequently makes public presentations on the subjects of estate planning and corporation law.

Mr. Stephan is fluent in English and Arabic, and can speak some Spanish and French.
