Represented the Buyer of resort real property in Lake Tahoe in a lawsuit against the seller for specific performance of a real estate purchase contract. Decision in favor of Client.

Represented an investor against a National securities firm in a lawsuit for breach of fiduciary duty. Jury verdict for Securities firm overturned on appeal and Client awarded in excess of $250,000.

Represented the purchasers of commercial property who sued their real estate agent for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Jury verdict in favor of Client.

Represented the purchaser of an apartment building who sued the seller for non disclosure and misrepresentation regarding code compliance and prior fire damage. Verdict for Client purchaser after a 7 day bench trial.

Represented a Homeowners Association containing 100 units in a litigation against a major developer, general contractor, subcontractors and design professionals for design and construction defects. Case settled the morning trial for over $3,000,000.00

Represented the owner of a 203 unit luxury apartment complex who sued Seller for non disclosure and misrepresentation of significant construction defects. Case settled in favor of Client for $4,500,000.00

Represented the owner of a luxury/high end residential real estate property who was sued by a general contractor for $400,000 in a construction breach of contract action. Arbitration decision in favor of Client.

Represented the owners of real property who filed an adversarial action against their seller for non-disclosure of serious water intrusion and other defects. After arbitration, Clients recovered enough money to repair all the damages and recovered all their attorneys fees and costs.

Represented majority partners of a large apartment complex who were sued by minority owners for dissolution of partnership and damages. Clients retained their interest in the property and defeated nearly all of the damage claims.

Represented architect and developer sued by optionee for breach of an option agreement to purchase a luxury townhome and return of $234,000 of option consideration. Arbitrator decision in favor of Client who also recovered 96 percent of his attorneys fees and costs.
